Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

if i was not legally adopted by my dad and my mother has died and my actual father does not want custody of me can i legally move out into my boyfriend's house? i am 17 years old and my birthday is in december.

What's the rush? I'm sure you have a place to live. As a practical matter you should wait till your 18 or finish high school. After all who is going to support you?
