Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Is this legally binding

My ex boyfriend does not want anything to do with our unborn child. He had me write a paper relinquishing him of his paternal rights and stating that I would not file for child support. I stupidly signed this. He signed it as well. Is this legally binding?

Re: Is this legally binding

Child support while received by one of the parents is for the childs benefit and therefore the document you signed is most probably invalid and not legally enforceable. I offer free consultations.
