Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

are we legally married

Husband changed his last name to his father's when he was in grade school(not legally he just started signing his dad name as his). He recently did it legally,so that his dad's name now appears on his birth certificate. We were married before this legally took place.Is our marriage valid since the name change was made legal after our marriage

It appears you are legally married. The fact that he adopted his last name years before it was approved by the court should not be a legal problem. He is the same person that you married and he was known by that name even though it had not been formally changed on the birth certificate.
