Legitimation Petition

Does a petition for legitimation need to be filed in the county where the child was born or in the county where the child currently lives?

That petition is common in Georgia. I'm not aware that there is such an action in Pennsylvania.

So rather than try to state the how you want to accomplish something just state what you want to accomplish.
