Can my PA license be suspended if my NJ license is suspened due to child support?

You asked about license suspension.

I assume you are asking about drivers licenses.

First off, it is illegal in both states (NJ and PA) to also have a license from another state. I am therefore assuming that you mean is your one drivers license suspended if it is suspended in one state.

Several states have entered various compacts (agreements) to respect the laws of each other. It's called comity. I am specifically aware that between Pennsylvania and New Jersey that there are several comity agreements specifically regarding child support and driving privileges. Further, and explicitly, a drivers license suspended in one state is also automatically suspended in the other no matter where the original license was issued.

By law in both states, a license issued to a person who holds a license from another state is automatically void. This is not a situation anyone wants to get caught in as there is little room for excuse.
