liquidating assets

My friend moved out of her home because her husband wouldn't. Will that effect her settlement at all. Will she still be able to claim her half even tho she moved out?

She lives in PA.

Could not really say as the laws of PA and Florida differ. She should consult with an attoreny in PA.
