Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I live in florida, my son lives in PA with his mother (technically) she leaves him at my parents 5 days a week, yesterday she passed out from doing drugs at a restaraunt with my son and the police are pressing charges on her. I fear for my sons safety. Ocy told me she cannot see him for now. I plan on going to PA tomorrow and taking my son to florida with me for right now. We were never married and we have no custody agreement. I want to make sure that i will not get in any legal trouble, seeing as i am his father and i fear for his immediate wellbeing. Is this ok?

First get an emergency order from the court. Otherwise you'll just have to bring him back. It's either that you need to call children and youth. There's an 800 number for child line. So call them.
