Live in Girl Friend filed for Child Support
My current Girlfriend took the advice of a friend and filed for Child Support the instant our son was born. She actually lives at my house with our son and visits her mom twice a week. I support them both and provide Med Insurance. Can she do this?

If you can prove that she lives with you and you pay the bills of the household, you can request that her complaint be dismissed. Make sure she is not receiving DPA benefits and it could be welfare fraud if she is collecting and living with you.
