Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I live in PA and I have not seen my children in about 3 years due to their mothers not allowing me to do so. my children are 6 years and 3 years of age. is it possible or likely that i can give up my parental rights? whenever i try to see them their mothers tell me to stay out of their lives and to just give up my rights.

For starters you can't just sign away your rights. That would make your children orphans. Further that would also eliminate your duty to pay child support.

You have the right to see your children. Further, their mothers have the duty of fostering a relationship between you and the children.
