Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

We live in Pa. We want to give our youngest daughter our other home. Current she is seperated from her husband and soon to be divorced. We want to if we can give this home as an early inheritance and can we do this with it be done without him getting any part of it.

There are a number of reasons why this is a BAD idea. It has nothing to do with her problems but there are big tax advantages to waiting. I could explain it to you here but there to much to explain so let me sum up. It has to do with the IRS and capital gains. It's slow so give me a call.
