Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I live in PA,

two questions, One can a seventeen year old own there own car.

and if a seventeen year old is pregnant is she considered an adult and have all the rights as an adult, in the state of PA , pike county

Own a Car? Maybe, you would to have a car titled in your own name car insurance in your name. I don't see how a 17 year old could do that. I could be wrong but that would be an issue after all contracts can not be enforced against someone under 18.

Getting pregnant doesn't make you an adult. Being over 18 does.
