Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I live in the state of Pennsylviana and i got a question reguarding custody. My daughters mother and myself arent married and we were blackmailed into signing our daughter over. Now we are fighting on gaining primary custody back. Will the courts look at us not being married as a problem?

If the relationship is a stable one they shouldn't. It often depends on the judge. Besides you could fix the problem fairly quickly.
