Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I've lived with my boyfriend for seven years i've put everything into this relationship including all my savings and income tax returns into what I believed was our home he has dicided he wants a younger woman and I have to leave he owns the house and I have no place to go and no money to go what rights do I have?
