Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my ex and I were both living in bucks county PA when she decided to move to the poconos which is about 2 1/2 hours away (and didn't notify court) I filed for a petition and am waiting for a court date but could they possibly hold her responsible to drop off and pick up kids (beinf this was her decision) or even make her move back?

Yes, she was supposed to file relocation paperwork. If she's didn't then she will have to answer for it, in Bucks County.
