Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I have been living with the father of my children for 20 years...I still have a minor child...if he decided to leave me and my child can I collect alimony from him.

That is correct that you have to be married to obtain spousal support, alimony pendente lite, which is latin for alimony pending the litigation (APL), or alimony. However, if the child is his, you can seek child support.
