can i keep her here
i was living in piggott ar with my 15 year old daughter i got sick so i came home to lancaster pa to be with family shegot pregnant so she and boyfriend moved in with her dad but he kick her out after a week so she moved in with boyfriend and his mom but know good so she is on her way home now i need to know if i legal can make her stay here with me now that she is pregnant if her boyfriend try to talk her in to going back she has always lived with me.untill this.thank you

How old is the boyfriend?
As a 15 year she's a minor and you're expected to provide for her needs. She could seek emancipation but she would need to find a court to order it. I don't see that happening in Lancaster County. Though she can try.
