Want to use maiden name after divorce
I have been divorced for just over a year. I want to go back to using my maiden name? The divorce decree does not specify this change. What do I need to do now to use my maiden name legally? Thank you.

We can help you. You must file a petition to retake your Maiden Name with the county court where you were divorced. If you contact us, we can help you.
