Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i am having major surgery i have legal[physical custody of my children and the court order says the father can only have a visit if both parties agree, if i would pass away during surgery, can my parents who have help me raise since birth get custody of my children and not the father who has dui's and also a pfa against him in the past.

They can, but you should all see a lawyer, I hope you will do fine on your surgery! (I did, so I will send my blessings and prayers to you. )

You may want to execute a will expressing your desire to that effect and guardianship papers.

It still may require court action, but it is too important to play around with.
