If you are married for only 7 mo.
The Spouse brought only a car into the marriage. Is the Spouse entitled to 1/2 of all assets including the home and it's contents? Even though all was purchased and all but paid for before they were married?

NO. Spouse in PA is not entitled to 1/2. PA is equitable distribution state, not 50/50. Unless property owned before a marriage is gifted to the spouse it is not marital property subject to distribution.
