marital property

my soon to be ex husband purchased a truck in his name only but gave it to me to drive all week and occasionally on the weekends. i drive it over 50 percent of the time. do i have rights to it in the divorce?

If he bought it while you were still married and together it is marital property subject to equitable distribution.
