Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Maritial information

If an unmarried woman is in a relationship with a married man, can the wife of the married man sue the unmarried woman? Someone said it is alienation of affections. Can she sue for adultery? The gentleman lives in MD and the lady in PA. Most of the time the behavior occurred in PA.

Re: Marital information

Most causes of action against a corespondent, that is what you would be if she names you in a divorce action as the woman with whom the husband was committing adultery, have been repealed.

Most likely what she will sue for is divorce on grounds of adultery.
