If a man leaves his wife for another woman. Is it possible for the wife to sue the other woman in Pennsylvania?

You used to but not under the current law.

Both Criminal Conversation (encouraging some one to leave their spouse) and Alienation of Affection are no longer on the books in Pennsylvania.
