Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Marriage and support

I have been recently married. I am just wandering when I go back to have my support reviewed, do they take my husbands income into consideration towards what we recieve? Or will they just go with what I make and what my sons father makes?

They should only take into consideration your income and the father's income.
