Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Married Aug 2003, separated Jan 2007, awarded spousal support May 2008. Never Divorced.

My husband recently filed for termination of spousal support based on the fact that he has been paying longer than we were married. Do I have any recourse. Hearing scheduled Jan 2016

There is no rule or law that limits APL or spousal support to the length of the marriage. It is handled on a case by case basis. He has a heavy burden to prove it must be terminated.
