Generally both spouses have the right to liv in the marital home. The home whether in your name alone or joint if acquired during marriage is marital property to be divided in equitable distribution during divorce process. One spouse can hav other spouse leave marital home by agreement ie written separation agreement. By court order if one spouse threatens to or does physically hurt another this is called protection from Abuse and involves a separate procedure. If a divorce is pending there is possibility of filing petition for special relief ordering exclusive possession of marital home pending divorce. This is not that easy to get and depends on facts of of each case. If you do not have a lawyer I would suggest you get one or a least consult with one.
