Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
I married to my husband 3 yrs now , and he came from Burma , I feel that he is just using me as his stepping stone that he can legally to stay in US, because since he we married , he did not show any interest as normally wife and husband , and he've been try to move away many times , and now he have find a stable job and pass 2 year temp green card , he want to divoce me . I dont his bank account , he dont want to sleep with me not even hug me or hold myhand or call me in the pass 3 yrs , I always question him , why he treat me so clod . he said he is like that , but i just feel he want to detech me , in this case If he divoce me , i would like to know if I can make him pay for my pain in this marraige . I am very sad and depress, and right now he jsut fly to CA on 26th , he didnot tell me where he stay or anything , and he did not call me eihter . I am tired of this relationship , he did told me he will get divoce when he come back , what should I do now ?
