Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I married and is currently split from my husband because of domestic abuse he broke my arm while in the hospital he changed the locks on the house and hid my car from me I am out of work staying with friends anf family because until i am fully recovered i cant go back to work. we have 2 children together. I want to get access to my house and car now that i am recovering how do i go about getting access. I live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Get a divorce lawyer. You can also file a protection from abuse order and ask for possession of the house and custody of your children or return of your possessions. This is going to get ugly though and you would be better off hiring a lawyer as quickly as possible.
