Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I'm a married woman who has a car that's in my name only, which I paid for. Trying to trade it in for a new car but because of credit issue I can't get in my name they want to put it in my husband name only using my car as the trade in. Is there something I can have notarized that he can't take the car if we would separate?

You and your husband should enter into a marital agreement to cover this situation. Could be done at reasonable cost.
