Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have been married for 18 years and have two children ages 14 and 17 yrs. I jointly own a home with my husband. He has refused to leave the home and I would like to know what I need to do to file for a legal separation and what will or can happen after that.

There is no such thing as legal separation in PA. You will need to retain a lawyer and file for divorce along with a count for equitable distribution of property. As far as whether you can evict him from the marital home... that would really depend on the facts of the case. There are not enough facts here to say whether or not you would be successful at obtaining that prior to a final settlement of the divorce.
