Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
Hi. I've been married almost 8 years and have 3 children. They're 3 years old and 7 month old twins. My husband an I are mutually agreeing to divorce. He works Monday to Friday, 630 am to 4 pm. I work 3 days a week from 11 am to 11 pm. When we got married, he sold a condo and put a large down payment on a house. I've been paying the mortgage since then. Also, he earns approx $20 an hour an I make approx $40.
Is there any way to see approx what chid support and child support may look like?
He thinks that because he put the initial down payment on the house, he will be entitled to any money made from the sale of the house. He also thinks that because he makes less money than I do, he is also entitled to spousal support. Is he right?
I appreciate any advice that you may have.
Thank you.

Based on your income you can afford a lawyer. Given what's at stake it would to be to your benefit to retain counsel.

I agree with the advice. You should consult with an attorney to see how the facts of your situation impact on you.
