Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I've been married for 4 years and want a divorce, what am I in title to? We got married in Houston, Texas and moved to Pa. What steps do I take to get a legal separation and divorce?

I would need alot more facts to be able to say what you would be entitled to. Marital property is anything that is acquired during the marriage and marital property may be divided during the divorce. In PA, there is no legal separation. As long as you have lived here in PA for the past six months, then PA is the state where you would file your divorce, regardless of where you were married.
