Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I've been married for 8 years to a man and am thinking of divorce.

He lived in "our home" for 20 years before I moved in.

He also has savings and 401 k.

Am I entitled to any settlement?

The house is not a marital asset. You entitled maybe to some part of the 401K based on how much of it was put in during the marriage.
