Hi I have been married for 9 years However my name is not on the mortgage am I still entitled to half the house ?

When was the house acquired? Before or during marriage. That is what will control, not whether your name is on the mortgage. I suggest that you speak to a family law attorney who can more specifically advise you regarding your marital rights.
