Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I've got a mess of a situation. In October 2007 I had a very brief sexual relationship with a women in NY state. Days later she dissappeared and wouldn't return calls. On April 2011, she returns to NY state and contacts me to tell me that I have a son that she has been raising with her lesbian girlfriend in Pennsylvania. The girlfriends name is supposedly on the birthcertificate and the child has the girlfriends last name. The childs mother tells me that she left because it was an abusive relationship and they are now in the middle of a bitter custody battle. A background check on both women pulls up numerous instances of domestic violence and a count of child endangerment for both. I filed with our local courts for a DNA test which revealed he is in fact my son. Two days after my first visitation with him (not court ordered, but mutual agreement with his mother), the mother dissappeared again to Pennsylvania with the girlfriend. I am trying to find an attorney to help me with establishing my rights as his father but do I have any recourse for them hiding him and I assume some sort of adoption process must have had to take place in order for the girlfriend to be on the birth certificate and get shared custody?
