Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Im in the middle of going thru Divorce and im currently going through a custody battle with my husband for our son. I have a new boyfriend who does have a criminal record and has been in jail can my husband take my son away. Can he really use someone elses past against me if they are trying to do good now??

To be honest it's not going to help. A lot will depend on how recently he was in jail and the types of crimes he was convicted of.
