minor dating a nominor

hey up iam a minor and i am dating someone who is not a minor. we don't have a sexual relationship

the laws says you can't have sex with a minor is your not but does it include kissing and hugging what does they consider a sexual touch.

What sort of adult goes around dating children? If I was your parents I would not let you date anyone until you learn to use proper English and grammar.
