Mistress living with us without my permission
My husband filed his complaint for divorce on a thursday, his mistress moved into our house that on friday without my permission and without my knowledge. It is now me, my husband and his mistress living here. How do i get her out of my house?

If he filed and served the divorce complaint, I would recommend that you immediately file a response and request that she be ordered out of the house, as part of that.
