Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Moing out of state before baby is born

I am pregant with my ex boyfriend's baby. He has bounced around from not wanting the baby, wanting the baby, not wanting the baby and now wanting again. I have no idea what will come of this.

I live in PA and have a job opportunity in Ohio. This job would allow me to provide much, much better for the baby than my current job. Can I move to Ohio? What would I need to do in order to do so. The baby is not due until March. If I take the job, I will be moving next month (september)

Thanks

Re: Moing out of state before baby is born

You can move wherever you want to. If you are moving, move before the baby is born.
