Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
Hi my moms ex-husband owns his own business and cuts his salary on paper and takes the rest in cash. He is hiding money but how can we prove that without hiring a forensic accountant? We are having bad money problems and he's living in a $500,000 house and his business makes $2.5 to $5 million a year. And the old health insurance ran out December 31 and he's been saying he's getting it and hasn't and I need surgery soon and I cant wait another month, What can we do to make him get it? And how can we make him get a better plan because the last one had a $3000 deductible per kid and we cant afford that. What can we do? Thank you so much

If you're under 18 he has the duty to support you which includes providing health insurance. Further if the divorce is final and there's been a property settlement there not much that can be done for your mom child support is a whole different issue.
