Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

money

My father passed away several weeks ago, as we all knowmoney makes people crazy, my brother who is also my landlord had but into my father will that i am to pay him whatever money i owe to him from my father estate. I do not have a lease nor a contract or any source that was signed by myself . My brother pulled this atronomical number that he says i owe him and if I do not sign this paper that he will take me to court.Is this wright or wrong

You asked about nebulous term in a testamentary device.

You should speak with an attorney immediately. It will simply come down to a contest between yourself and your brother as to who can demonstrate what amounts are owed. Save, but do not sign the document that your brother presented.

Again, contact an attorney immediately and refrain from doing anything to further establish a fixed amount owed until you do speak with an attorney.
