Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My mother 92 capable of taking care of herself and has been with no problem besides bathing afraid of her sleeping or something she can do everything for herself she had a case of pneumonia and a slight heart attack she is in a nursing home for rehabilitation my sister and brother have power of attorney they want to put her in a home she does not want to she wants to switch power of attorney to me to take over and handle her life situations she definitely does not need to go to a nursing home and does not want to wants me to take over power of attorney they took power of attorney without even notifying siblings in the family.

Now they just don't want to take care of her and want to put her in a home.

I want to switch power of attorney and take care of her in every way.

Where do I start ?

Thanks

This isn't sa famiy law question. It's a wills and estaters question. That said she can always revoke her POA as long as she's of sound mind. She can either have a new one drafted or do without.
