Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

The mother of my child falsely accused me of threatening her. She presented this information in courty during a child custody hearing. As a result she was awared full physical custody of our Son. How do I defend myself against her false accusations and what do I need to do to appeal the current custody agreement.
