Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
Since my mother has "custody due to possession" as I was told, and she has my daughters birth certificate,social security card and everything else can I get in trouble for ordering a new birth certificate and social security card in Schuylkill county? My mother only has my daughter one night a week and her other grandmother has her one night a week, otherwise she is always with me. Also, am I going to have to fight my mom for custody since I never signed my custody over to her and there is no papers stating she has custody?

Who told you this? Some one with a supreme court id? Why does either grandmother have the child at all? Where is dad? Is there any custody order in place? If the grandmothers did such a great job raising you and the childs father why should the screw up raisng another kid?
