Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My mother and father sought an attorney to get custody of my son. It's been seven years since they spoke to a lawyer and it's never gone to court. How do I get that file sealed so I can use that lawyer and I won't be told it's a conflict of interest??

Unless you mother and father sign a waiver you can't. It wouldn't matter if the file is sealed or not.
