Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

The mother of my son has custody of him. She received her summons for court (I'm fighting back for custody) and now is keeping my son and I from speaking. Can I call the police and have them check to see if my son is okay if I don't hear from my son after two or more days without getting in trouble by them?

Police usually do not get involved in Custody matters. If there is an Order giving you acccess to your son, visitation, overnights, and the mother is violating such order, then you can file a motion for contempt.
