Can she move back in once she moved out?

My wife filed for divorce in sept 04 we divided up property inside house and now that i am dating she said she is going to move back in and stop the divorce. I want to buy out her half of the house and get the divorce asap. She established residency in S.C. and took all her stuff with her. Can she move back in and stop the divorce?

She can delay the divorce but she cannot stop it. You could file on grounds or uner two year seperation. As to moving in, she does have a legal claim to live there if the house is marital property. If she was abusive or threatening a PFA order might keep her out. I offer free consultations.
