Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Can I move out of the marital home with my son before even applying for divorce? Will such move out cause any issues with child custody later? I ideally would like sole custody of our son since I am truly the primary caretaker/decision maker and he does not involve in anything related to the son.

If conditions are really bad, the Courts are understanding....You should file for custody of your son if and when you do move...Have you tried marriage counselling

You should talk to a seasoned attorney.
