Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My ex moved to another town in Pennsylvania and depends on our oldest son to taxi the other children around on his weeks with the children (50/50 custody). Also, he deadbolts his house when the children are at my house. They are unable to get in to get anything they leave behind such as homework. Are any of these
legal?

Not Likely.
Oldest child being taxi driver isn't much of an issue unless his driving can be proven to be unsafe.
Dead bolting his house when no one is there may be reasonable if say he lives in an area of high crime or his possessions might make a breaking more likely. Now he should be available to allow the children to get needed possessions. If he isn't that might be an issue.
