moving the child out-of-state
If my child is born in Pa do I have the legal right to move my child out of state if I'm not married to the father?

Married or not, before relocating to another state you should file a complaint for custody and a petition requesting court permission to move out of state.

you need to petition the court for a "plowman" petition. Please call us for a free consultation.
