My name is mr. & mrs. lopez our child has taken our two grand kids to another state as a grandpraent what rights do we have.

Under certain circumstances,you may have rights in PA for visitation with the children. I would need more information. I would not delay, as if there is no existing order in PA, the other state will obtain jurisdiction over the kids after they reside in that state for 6 months.
